Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that all films, inks, or equipment are protected to prevent damage during transit.

Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via your preferred carrier to our returns processing center, making sure to include your RMA form inside.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
